Prerequisite Skills Required
Watch a master at work and push the boundaries of your own skills in sugarpaste, modelling, royal icing and sugar flowers. You’ll gain the confidence, creativity and skills to produce beautiful, professional pieces of work and take your hobby or business to the next level. This course will commence at 9.30 a.m. on the first day only, to allow students to collect and pay for any equipment list at our shop, which opens at 9.00 a.m. For the remainder of the course the day will commence at 9.00 a.m.
