Defying Gravity with Royal Icing
Prerequisite Skills Required
Oriental stringwork gives any cake real ‘wow’ factor. If you have basic royal icing skills then this one-day course will introduce you to this spectacular technique of piping loops of royal icing which appear to float around the cake.
