This class will be an introduction to skills and techniques which form the foundation for royal iced work. This course will count towards your Master's Certificate.
Course tutor: Paddi Clark
We will teach you how to cover a cake with marzipan and royal icing to a smooth, professional standard. You will learn how to decorate with simple run-outs and piping designs. You will leave the course with a real sense of achievement and the confidence to decorate with royal icing.
