Paddi will show you and teach you how to cover a 6" fruit cake, firm sponge or dummy cake in marzipan and sugarpaste.

You will learn the techniques of impressive inlays, frilling, material effects, use of moulds and simple unwired flowers of roses and carnations.  You will be guided through simple design examples to produce your own cake and achieve the confidence to create impressive cakes in the future.
