Whether you make cakes professionally or for friends and family, on this course you will design and make your own individual, tiered, sugarpasted wedding cake with a colour coordinated wired spray of beautiful flowers and foliage.
Course tutor: Paddi Clark
Paddi will teach you a variety of techniques and skills to decorate the top and sides of the cake including appliqué, piping, sugar embroidery and the use of moulds. Whether you want your creation to be bold and bright or have a more traditional finish, under expert guidance you can experiment with colour and decorating techniques to gain the confidence to create your own unique wedding cakes.
