Ceri DD Griffiths will introduce you to several decorating techniques (including royal icing and sugarpaste), skills and sources of inspiration, then assist you in designing and creating your own unique tiered wedding cake. Recently returned from his international travels Ceri will have a wide range of ideas and inspiration for you to draw upon. The interpretation of the word contemporary can take many forms and Ceri will help you define your own style for the contemporary wedding market.

Suitable for Beginners
This course is suitable for novice sugarcrafters who have experience of sugarpasting or royal icing a cake.
