If you have completed modules 1 and 2 of Kathy Moore’s Starting a Cake Decorating Business from Home or have attended one of Kathy’s courses previously, you have the option to enrol on modules 3 and 4 which are taught on the second day of this comprehensive and informative course. Day 2 offers you the opportunity to further advance your knowledge about the business side of cake decorating.

Module 3 covers the development, use and regulations concerning business forms and the terms and conditions vital for a successful business including payments, cancellations, deposits, delivery, and stationery, some of which is legislative.
 

Module 4 focuses on marketing, advertising and selling, as well as which techniques will be most successful for your business. You will be taught how to create professional advertising material along with some useful tricks of the trade. Discuss how to promote your business professionally and how to use websites and e-commerce as a marketing and selling tool in compliance with current legislation.
